Newsome High School Band Program

Joe E. Newsome High School was established in 2003 and is the pride of FishHawk Ranch and the greater Lithia community. Newsome is the No. 1 academic performing high school in the Hillsborough County Public Schools system and a top school in the state of Florida.

Leading the Newsome Band Program in its Pursuit of Perfection is Director of Bands John Owen Davis II, assisted by a first-class program staff and the Newsome Band Boosters.
